At the International Sports Alliance (ISA), we are committed to creating a safer, fairer, and more transparent environment for all athletes. We believe that every player deserves to be heard, protected, and supported when facing mistreatment or injustice. That’s why we’ve launched the Grievances & Arbitration portal—designed specifically for athletes across Europe and beyond.
Grievances are formal complaints submitted by athletes regarding unfair treatment, unsafe conditions, breaches of contract, abuse, discrimination, or any other concern within their sporting environment.
Arbitration is a process where these complaints are reviewed by a neutral third-party counsel—independent of the teams, leagues, or organizations involved. It allows disputes to be addressed fairly, confidentially, and without retaliation.

As part of our commitment to protecting athlete rights and promoting integrity within international sports, the International Sports Alliance (ISA) publishes a Monthly Grievances & Arbitration Accountability Newsletter.
This newsletter is more than just an update—it's a tool for justice, reform, and athlete empowerment. Athlete names are never disclosed to the public.
Athletes across Europe and beyond often face barriers to reporting mistreatment. Fear of retaliation, being silenced, or losing opportunities has stopped too many from speaking up.
Our newsletter changes that.
It gives athletes a collective voice—one that is loud, anonymous, and impossible to ignore.
